The Philadelphia Home & School Council, PHS, is a bridge between principals, teachers and parents and community. While PHSC is an independent community organization, we understand how to work effectively with teachers and principals to form a strong bond on behalf of public school students. Everyone can join the Home & School including teachers, administrators and members of the community but only current parents of public school students can vote and make decisions for the organization. We hope people from every neighborhood in the city will join the Home & School and support our students' efforts...100%!
